360˚ Student Evaluation

• Individual home interview with child and parents (separately) to ascertain specific diagnosis as to anxiety triggers in mathematics. Approximately 45 minutes for each interview.
• Grade-level skills assessment: written and interview based. Approximately 45 minutes.
• Follow-up discussion with parents and “demystification” session with student, 1 hour.
• Written report of findings with specific recommendations for management.
